Millions of our children are bullied each year. The Bully Project is a feature documentary that shows how bullying affects us all, whether you are a victim, perpetrator, or witness. The problem is, the movie has been rated "R" so many school children will never be allowed to see the film. You may be able to help change the rating though, and hopefully change some lives.

There's now an online petition asking the Motion Picture Association of America to change the rating from "R" to "PG-13." The "R" rating apparently is the result of inappropriate language. Those in favor of changing the rating argue the message is more important than the words, words that kids know anyway. They also note many violent movies are rated "PG-13." Ironically, this "R" movie is meant to prevent violence.

Watch the trailer for "Bully" and then if you like, sign this online petition asking the MPAA to change the rating.

The movie is due out in select theatres on March 30th.  For more information on The Bully Project click here.
