Eric Frein - the man accused of ambushing two Pennsylvania State Troopers is in police custody.Police linked Frein to the ambush after his partly submerged vehicle was discovered in a swamp just a few miles from the shooting scene. Investigators also found shell casings matching those found at the barracks, as well as Frein's driver's license and a few other items inside the vehicle.

After nearly a fifty day manhunt, police found Eric Frein on Thursday night near the old Birchwood-Pocono Airport, and he surrendered without incident. The handcuffs used in the arrest belonged to the Corporal Byron Dickson, the officer that Frein is accused of killing.

Eric Frein is expected to be arraigned today on a multitude of charges, including first degree murder and homicide of a police officer.
