Fall Makeup Youth

With fall just a few weeks away you may be changing your makeup routine. When you browse the counter be on the lookout for beautiful jewel tones. The Berry lip is very popular during the fall and winter months.  I love the runway trends of the deep eggplant and blazing blue smokey eyes. I must caution you. The runway models are often 18 and the makeup can make them look 28.

 If you are in you 30's and 40's the darker smokier shades can add age to you as well. To avoid an aged look , lighten up on the lower lid. In my opinion I say avoid the lower rim at all costs if you have creases. When the mascara, liner or shadow begin to smudge,  I promise you will accentuate all creases and create dark circles. Be kind to your eyebrows and they will take years off of your face.  Too thin brows can add age. Try a fuller brow and leave the plucking to the chickens.
