Female Celebrities Say Being Labelled “Bossy” Changed Them [VIDEO]

A bunch of stars like Beyonce, Jennifer Garner and more just did a PSA about banning the word "bossy" to help young girls know it's okay to be leaders.

It's sponsored by the Lifetime Network, and they say research shows that girls sometimes shy away from leadership roles because they associate "bossy" with being a bad label.

I was called "bossy" from about the age of 4 until...well...yesterday. And I'm okay with it.

Beyonce has the classiest statement (IMHO)..."I'm not bossy. I'm the BOSS."
