Here’s the First Glimpse of Kate Middleton’s Royal Baby Bump

Kate Middleton made her first public appearance today since leaving the hospital after a severe case of morning sickness.

She showed off her growing baby bump in a form fitting dress while visiting Hope House Addiction Treatment Center in south London, which is one of her charities. The Duchess just returned from a vacation with her husband and family on the Caribbean Island of Mustique and is back to work! Doctors are saying that Kate needs to take it easy though so she won't have another bout of the morning sickness that she suffered at the beginning of her pregnancy.
