Flu Prevention

We all are trying to avoid the Flu this season. When I was in high school, I worked at a grocery store and part of the training included "hand washing procedures." They said the way to know that you have washed your hands for long enough was to sing "Happy Birthday" twice.  One Republic decided to come up with their own song to help you remember to wash your hands.

If you happen to get the Flu, Maker's Mark has a remedy for adults only!  It's Influenza Sorbet and it has cayenne pepper, ginger, Maker's Mark bourbon, honey and cold/flu fighting orange and lemon juices.  If you do get sick, at least you won't care after eating this ice cream!
