Convenience. That's the #1 reason parents give for giving their kids junk food.

But is it worth it? As back-to-school season is upon us, packed lunches and after-school snacks come to the forefront.

I'll admit it, one of our favorite things to do when we came home from school was stopping at the corner store for a can of whipped cream and raw cookie dough.  We'd often finish it before we got to our driveways.

My best friend and I used to snack on raw hot dogs, right out of the fridge.
