Gianna Pezzino is Joy’s Exceptional Student of the Week!

Gianna is an honor student in the 7th grade at Queen of Heaven school shes in math honors, science club,ski club & art club. But, Gianna was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia and continues to keep up her grades as well as a good attitude. The list continues as to why we picked Gianna to be the JOY Exceptional Student. She is going to be one very successful woman in the future!

Gianna is active in the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. She has a radio commercial speaking on behalf of the LIGHT THE NIGHT walk this Friday at Delaware Park. She raises money to find a cure for blood cancer by selling bracelets and postcards that she made and was a model last Sunday at the CAMP GOOD DAYS fashion show. Gianna always loves to help the newly diagnosed kids at Roswell Park institute.

She is active in Carly's club and Stone buddies and is always willing whenever asked to speak at different functions and bring awareness to pediatric cancers such as her own. Always smiling throughout the pains she is definitely a beacon of hope to all in her presence. She'll be receiving a $25 gift certificate to Sweet Jenny’s in Williamsville!
