Many women seem to shy away from weight lifting for one reason...won't it make me bulky? Simply put, the answer is no! For a variety of reasons (lack of testosterone, among them), lifting weights will NOT make a woman bulky.

What it will do, is build beautiful, lean muscle that will, in turn, raise your metabolism. A higher metabolism means the ability to burn more body fat, and less body fat means a healthier you!
