Go Back In Time With Delilah! — Delilah’s Reflections

Music has a way of making a mark on many people, sometimes in more ways than one.

A song can bring back specific feelings, be a reminder of a particular memory, and so on.

The right song at the right time can take you back in time to a special memory of your first kiss, to the smile of your first true love, to a carefree summer as a youth...and so on. The memories are as endless as the songs throughout the generations, it seems. These are just a few of the hundreds of comments that came in over Facebook when I asked about that one song that takes listeners back...

"Faithfully" by Journey takes me back to when I was 13 and met my first love! Melissa

"Jack and Diane" takes me back to when my husband of 26 years and I started dating when I was in 9th grade....we were inseparable...still are. Leona

Barry Manilow's "I Made It Through The Rain" after I finished my chemo. Judy
