What do you get when you combine Western New York’s Hall of Fame  musicians with a rock star with six top 20 hits; then add decadent desserts and fine chocolates?  You’ve got Khords for Kids, which will benefit Kids Escaping Drugs and the Renaissance Campus.On Saturday May 7th at 8pm, Asbury Hall (corner of Delaware Avenue and West Tupper in Buffalo) will come alive with the sounds of JOY'S own Lance Diamond & The 24K Diamond Band plus Party Squad. 

Headlining the night will be John Ford Coley, of the 1970s group England Dan & John Ford Coley.  The duo took the soft rock music world by storm with six top-20 hits in the late 1970s.  The hits included I’d Really Love To See You Tonight, Nights Are Forever Without You, Love Is The Answer, and Sad To Belong.  They also sang the hit We’ll Never Have To Say Goodbye Again which was the theme song from the movie The Goodbye Girl starring Richard Dreyfuss and Marsha Mason.  England Dan Seals passed away a couple of years ago, but John still carries on the music.

 In addition to the phenomenal music and incredible desserts, a number of items will be up for auction including a trip for two to New York City.
