Governor Cuomo Introduces Common Core Task Force

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on Monday that he is launching a Common Core Task Force to help review the current system.

The Task Force will include highly qualified education officials, teachers, parents and state representatives from the across the state.

The committee's task will be to review the current system of learning, and then make recommendations for an overhaul of the Current Common Core system. The final recommendations will be revealed at the end of the year.
