BAKE: 350 DEGREES
10-15 MINUTES

1 CUP (1/2 POUND BUTTER)
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 EGG YOLKS (SAVING EGG WHITES)
2 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
CHOPPED WALNUTS

CREAM BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR AND EGG YOLKS. ADD FLOUR. ROLL INTO WALNUT SIZE BALLS. DIP INTO EGG WHITES AND ROLL IN CHOPPED WALNUTS.
