It's kind of a genius idea.  Maybe not necessarily one of those "why didn't I think of that" ideas, but it deserves at leat little credit.

If you're like me (and 60 million other Americans with some form of a sleep disorder), you've tried just about everything. From medication, to meditation, melatonin to music...some of us just still struggle.

If you often find yourself turning to TV (as most sleep studies tell us NOT to do)...here's an alternative:  Napflix.  It's set up like Netflix, but only plays boring YouTube videos that'll put you to sleep.

From boring lectures to videos of model trains....tropical beach sounds to a digital walking chicken, just zoning out on these are supposed to help you lull into nighty-night time.
