If heading home for the Christmas holiday includes crossing the U. S. - Canadian border for you, rejoice!  Continuing an annual tradition (or should we say "custom"), there will be no toll charged on the Peace, Rainbow, Whirlpool, and Lewiston-Queenston bridges on Christmas day.  The Peace Bridge Authority and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission proclaimed that the bridges will be toll-less for 24 hours beginning at midnight Christmas morning.

Hey, even Ebineezer Scrooge McTollcollector gets to celebrate Christmas.  May yours be merry and safe!
