New Study Says That Herbal Supplements Are Mostly Rice + Weeds (???)

Yes, I'm obsessed. I'm a HUGE believer in supplements. I know my diet could be MUCH better...so I do whatever I can. Been that way since I was a kid...and now, it seems I may be ingesting the stuff I could sweep off the kitchen floor.
The New York Times just reported on a study saying MOST supplements were diluted with weeds, powdered rice and wheat. Some were even JUST weeds and rice.
Americans spend about $5 BILLION on herbal supplements. And honestly, even with this news....I'm still going to take as many as I take now.
