Here’s The Best Town To Buy A Home In Western New York

If 2018 is the year you are going to purchase a home, you may want to see the list of the best towns to consider. According to NewYorkUpstate.com, Western new York has some of the  best towns in the state when it comes to buying your next house.

If you have been driving around the area recently you'll notice that "for sale" signs go up and down rather quickly in many of the smaller villages. because of proximity to Buffalo and the "walk-ability" of the smaller towns, houses get sold in a matter of weeks.

Places like East Aurora (#14 on the list) have become very trendy places to live these days. However, it didn't crack the top ten.

According to the list which broke down housing costs compared to family income, schools and crime rates. Clarence Center topped the list, but Harris Hill, Eggertsville, Wanakah and Elma Center were all in the top ten as well.
