It doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell you that science-related videos rarely get that much attention (see what I did there?).  But this video is THAT cool.

I could see this playing in the background at a cool party or on a big-screen at an uber-hip bar/restaurant! It's mesmerizing!

NASA recently posted the highest-resolution video of the sun they've EVER recorded.  It's a half hour long, but it's still getting MILLIONS of YouTube hits, because it's AMAZING!

The 'Solar Dynamics Observatory' satellite films the sun 24 hours a day in 10 different wavelengths of light.

NASA assigned each wavelength at a different color, so sometimes it's red, sometimes it's blue, sometimes it's yellow....but all the time, it's awesome.

This is in our sky every day!  SCIENCE IS COOL!
