It is Labor Day Weekend and lots of people plan on grilling out for one final time before Summer unioffically ends. So, Find out how to Grill the perfect steak!

This is a really easy way to make sure that when you grill your steak you are going to get the best steak ever! It is very simple and easy to do!

 

The key to a GREAT steak is time...make sure that you let the steak come up to room temperature before you even think about grilling it.

Also, make sure to let the steak rest after you take it off the grill, that way the juices will be locked into the meat and every bite will be full of delicious flavor!

To grill a great steak, make sure you turn on your grill 5 minutes before placing the meat on the grill so that the grill has time to warm up.

After oiling, salting, and peppering the steak place it on the grill for 5 minutes on high heat. Make sure not to move the steak around during this time. Just let it cook!

After 5 minutes, flip the steak. Now depending on what kind of steak you want the time for grilling on this side will vary.

For Medium Rare, cook the steak for another 3 to 4 minutes
For Medium, cook the steak for 6 to 8 minutes
For Well Done, cook the steak for 9 to 11 minutes.

After that side is done, take the steak off the grill, tent it in tin foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, plate the steak, cut into it, and ENJOY!!!
