How To Stop Robobcalls To Your Cell Phone

It seems to happen now more than ever -- a call from an unknown number, sometimes a voice mail, sometimes not. If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll answer -- and usually find out I'm in the running for an amazing free cruise!

When I get one of these calls, I have two ways of dealing with it: block the number, or just don't answer.
