I've been on many diet plans in my life. My least favorite would be the 'Cabbage Soup Diet". Uggghhh, I can't stand to look at it. I will turn my face away from  any soup that has cabbage. I've learned better since my 20's. Live and learn, live and learn.  Is it possible that you can drop weight by thinking about it? I am questioning this study. If this were the case Jennifer Hudson would stop singing the Weight Watchers song during every commercial break.
