Sometimes you can just never get enough. Many people play the lottery in hopes that they will "hit it big". One man won $1,000 a week for life. I would not quit my day job, but I would be happy with my extra check that just falls into my account. An Albion man has been charged with welfare fraud. Is this a case of someone who truly needed the help or is it a case of pure greed? Im going with greed. This person has collected at least 700k from the lottery since 1989.
