It’s Been 20 Years Since The Nancy Kerrigan Attack! [VIDEO]

Why was it so groundbreaking? 

In my mind, this was the beginning of paparazzi as we know it. The constant following of people, intruding into their lives.

The attack happened on January 6, 1994. The OJ Simpson case didn't happen until June of 1994.

I was watching the ESPN special this weekend about the attacks, in which Tonya Harding retells the story today, in her words. The entire thing was very bizarre. To this day, I don't think Tonya has any remorse or feels responsible. In fact, in the ESPN piece, she said, "She's a princess. I'm a piece of crap." She tried to turn it around as if she was the victim, just as she did 20 years ago.
