Joe Chille’s Favorite Erie County Fair Food

There's nothing I like better than going to the Erie County Fair and walking by all the food vendors and and trying to decide what to eat first. My all time favorite is sausage with onions and peppers. I then like to top that off with a nice fried dough followed by a trip to my cardiologist office.
