Jury Selected In Jeffrey Basil Murder Trial

The jury selection process wrapped up yesterday in the Jeffrey Basil murder trial, and opening statements could begin as early as today.Jeffrey Basil is accused of pushing William Sager Jr. down a flight of stairs at Molly's Pub in May of 2014. He is also accused of physically removing and disposing of a DVR unit that was connected to the bar's video surveillance system.

William Sager Jr. was in a coma for several months following the incident, and later died from his injuries.

Jeffrey Basil is charged with murder, manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
