Justin Bieber’s poultry troubles are nearly over.

The 20-year-old will accept a plea deal in his vandalism case stemming from an incident in January, when he was accused of egging his neighbor’s Calabasas, Calif. home.

According to TMZ, Justin’s lawyer will appear for him in court on Wednesday, July 9 and plead no contest to misdemeanor vandalism. JB allegedly won’t serve any jail time, but he will be mandated community service and will be placed on probation for one year.

Additionally, the ‘Beauty and a Beat’ singer will reportedly pay restitution to the neighbor for all necessary repairs. (In February, the neighbor claimed the damages would cost around $20,000.)

Even with this case out of the way, Justin’s legal troubles are far from over. He’s still in the middle of a paparazzo assault case, and he’s still being sued by another paparazzo that he had an entanglement with in a now-dismissed hit-and-run case.

Best of luck, Biebs! We hope you’re out of the woods soon.

UPDATE: With the court meeting adjourned, TMZ is now reporting that Justin’s plea deal will require the singer to be placed on probation for two years and to perform five days of labor, likely trash pickup or graffiti removal.

The earlier damage estimate of $20,000 has also been increased to a shocking $80,900 by the judge. Wow!

And no, that’s still not the end of the bargain — Justin must attend 12 weeks of anger management classes with a minimum of one class per week. He must also stay 100 yards away from his neighbor and the neighbor’s family.

A source told TMZ, “Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music.”
