Earlier this month, Kanye West unveiled a collaboration with the great Paul McCartney on a song called ‘Only One.’ Today (Jan. 29), the rapper premiered an adorable video for the song on ‘Ellen.’

The new, Spike Jonze-directed clip captures West and his super-cute daughter North West together in a rainy field. The intimate video even features West whispering the heartwarming lyrics into his daughter’s ear, including lines like, “You’re not perfect, but you’re not your mistakes.” According to West, ‘Only One’ was inspired by a song his own mother once sang to him as a child.

During the interview, West also discussed how his marriage to Kim Kardashian and becoming a father has grounded him and made him a better person.

"I was going through my version of the 'Terrible Twos,'" West told DeGeneres. "My daughter, she wants to express herself but she just doesn't have the words for it. For me, there's so many things I want to do with film and clothing and I just didn't have the words or the resources or the backing or the perception that I could do it being a rapper."
