Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz wants plastic bags banned. He says they're unnecessary and hurt the environment.

He told the Buffalo News:

They end up in landfills and are generally not biodegradable. They blow around all over the place and end up in our waterways.

I've got an ADDITIONAL bags stuffed with them, NEXT to the doohickey....

I've got them stuffed in any available space in my storage area in the garage....
