Officials at the New York/Canadian border recently announced that the border police made a huge drug bust.

U.S Customs and Border Protection Police found 10 vacuum-sealed packages of marijuana inside toy puzzle boxes.

Inside the boxes were 11 pounds of marijuana that had an estimated value of $30,000.

“The officers assigned to the Port of Buffalo continue to demonstrate their steadfast dedication to intercepting illegal contraband,” said Buffalo Port Director Gaetano Cordone. “Our CBP officers’ commitment to secure our border prevented this contraband from entering our community.”

This was the second major bust that officers have had at the New York/Canadian border this month.

Back on November 10th, officers found two high-end vehicles that were trying to be smuggled into the United States.

A 2023 Land Rover Range Rover and a 2023 Rolls Royce Cullinan that were reported stolen in Canada were discovered in a truck hauler trying to cross into the United States.
