Lockport Woman Played Drums for Beyonce During Super Bowl Halftime Show! [VIDEO]
The pylon cameras used in Sunday's game weren't the only WNY connection!
Venzella "Joy" Williams is a Lockport native who's played drums since she was a little girl.
And you got to hear her stylings last night during Beyonce's portion of the halftime show! The Nardin alum has been touring with Bey and Jay-Z, and even played at Michelle Obama's 50th birthday celebration at the white house!
She was known to her family as "Joy The Drummer". She went to Dewitt Clinton Elementary School, Nardin Academy, and then spent some time at Canisus before moving to LA where she's still a professional drummer!
Wow.
