Buffalo Police announced on Monday that they have made an arrest in connection with the Hillery Park rape case in South Buffalo.

Just 12 days after a Trocaire College student was raped in broad daylight, Buffalo Police arrested and charged 33-year-old Timothy DiCenzo with first-degree robbery and first-degree rape.

DiCenzo was previously arrested on November 10th in connection with other sexual assaults, and police also questioned him regarding the Hillery Park rape, and that's when DiCenzo jumped from the third floor window of Buffalo Police Headquarters and was taken back into custody.

Timothy DiCenzo is currently being treated at ECMC for injuries sustained from his fall, and DNA evidence confirms that he is the man that police have been searching for.
