Man Jumped From Buffalo Police Headquarters
An investigation is underway after a man jumped from the third floor of Buffalo Police Headquarters on Tuesday night.
Police say that the 33-year-old was being questioned by the Sex Offense Squad moments before he reportedly forced open a window and jumped onto Franklin Street around 10:30 p.m.
Police quickly responded, took the man into custody and rushed him to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident is being investigated as an apparent escape attempt.
