Man’s Neck Slashed by Box Cutter Near Stadium

Orchard Park Police responded to a 'parking lot slashing' on Sunday in one of the lots used for tailgating at the Bills-Patriots game, WIVB reports. Apparently a man's neck was slashed, a ten-inch cut, by a box cutter. Police are investigating. Get more of the story at WIVB.
