Justin Timberlake Makes Good On Promise – Marine Corps Ball 2011 [VIDEO]

Justin Timberlake is a stand up kind of guy.  I love his sense of humor and ability to laugh at himself.  He also seems to know what matters in life and what doesn't.  Over the weekend, he kept his promise to Marine Corporal Kelsey DeSantis to attend the Marine Corp Ball with her. 

Corporal DeSantis asked Timberlake to the ball via a YouTube video. Timberlake accepted the invitation and kept his promise Saturday night by spending the evening with Kelly and her Marine friends.

Justin wrote about his evening on his official website:

"I'm writing this out to all of you after attending an event that turned out to be one of the most moving evenings I've ever had... "

He went on to say:

"I felt so proud to be there. I felt like I was getting a chance to be among my heroes... "

And in closing:

"Thank you Corporal Kelsey DeSantis. Thank you for inviting me. And, thank you for being my hero.
