Mark Poloncarz Delivers State of the County Address

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz delivered his State of the County address on Thursday, and outlined his administration's success since he took office.

Poloncarz pointed out the decrease in the county's unemployment rate, and also touched on several topics that he plans to focus on this year including economic development.
