A recent visit to Buffalo by actor Bill Murray has sparked a renewed interest in a great collection that is housed at The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library.

While performing at Kleinhan's  Music Hall earlier this month, Bill visited the library to check out the MARK TWAIN ROOM , home to the original COMPLETE Huckleberry Finn manuscript (to read more on that fascinating discovery, (CLICK HERE).

Mark Twain (Samuel Langhorne Clemens) first came to Buffalo in 1853 and after a few visits between here and Niagara Falls, it wasn't until 1869 when he officially called Buffalo his home. The Mark Twain room is a one of a kind collection of rare and unique items that include: manuscripts, personal items like cigars and even a prototype of a game he tried to patent.

This is truly just another gem in the crown of the Queen City
