No one likes to be sick. It stinks! Here are my personal tips on how you can get better quicker.

 

Now, don't get me wrong if you have a fever that won't go away, head to your docs immediately as you might need an antibiotic. If you just have gunk in your nose, and your hacking up a lung or two, or you feel stuffy and achy, here are my remedies which seem to work wonders.

I am very blessed! I get the flu shot every year and every year I am hit with about one cold and it lasts three days and I'm done. Here are my personal tips:

I take a daily vitamin

I take elderberry daily (liquid)

I take ginger daily (liquid)

When I start to feel a cold coming on, I double up on my fluids and rest and then I do a shot of this concoction:

In a shot glass fill it with a teaspoon of honey, apple cider vinegar, and a dash of cinnamon.

Apple cider vinegar has numerous advantages, honey is great to coat the throat, and cinnamon is known as an astringent to ward away bacteria.
