With the weather forecast calling for sunshine and 60 degrees today, it's hard to believe that one year ago Buffalo experienced one of the most epic snow storms in history - Snowvember 2014!

The epic storm started around 6:00P.M. on November 17, 2014 and quickly settled over the Buffalo Southtowns, dropping 3-6 inches of snow per hour.

There were thirteen fatalities reported, hundreds of roofs collapsed, isolated power outages because of downed power lines, and 1000s of motorists were stranded as a result of this storm.

On November 19, 2014, a second lake effect event dropped another 1-4 feet of snow, totaling around 7 feet of snow!
