I didn't know it was possible to drool, seriously DROOL over a house, but we can't help ourselves. This house is AMAZING! Located in East Aurora on Willardshire Road and carrying a $1.25 million price tag, this house was built in 1987 and sits on 25 acres. It is the most expensive home for sale in East Aurora, according to Zillow.

That's not too shabby. The house comes in at $369 per square foot. It has three bedrooms and three baths, a cathedral ceiling in the living room, cherry wood floors, a double-sided fireplace plus an in-ground pool with spa, Koi pond and eight stall custom designed barn. Yeah...we could live in this house. We don't necessarily want to be responsible for maintaining all the land, but we could definitely handle hanging out on it.

The home was listed for sale in 2011 at $900,000. The house may not be the biggest or the flashiest, but it is a gorgeous property. What do you think? Would you take this house?
