National Fuel to Offer Limited Service This Weekend

National Fuel is planning a system update this upcoming weekend, which will limit the company's customer service features.

The enhancements are scheduled to begin at 6:00AM on Thursday, May 5th and completed by 7:00AM on Monday, May 9th.

Customers will be able to access account information and make payments, but phone services will be unavailable on Friday, May 6th.

If you encounter an emergency over the weekend, you can call 1-800-444-3130.

Starting on Monday, May 9th, customer service will be active again starting at 7:00AM by calling 1-800-365-3234, or locally at 716-686-6123.
