New Jersey DMV Does NOT Recognize “Pastafarian” as Religion

You may have heard Justin Tyme's news story this morning about a guy in New Jersey who is a devout "Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster" member.  He wanted to take his driver's license picture wearing his ceremonial pasta strainer on his head...but the DMV says no head coverings are allowed for licence pictures.  I'm sure they weren't thinking "colander" when they wrote that law.
