A new bill from Congress would change the seating in all airplanes within the year.

The bill would make all of the seats wider, a different pitch and importantly, airlines would not be allowed to bump passengers if they overbooked their flight.

In addition the bill would also not let you use cell phone to call anyone going here on out:

Prohibit voice calls during flights. The Federal Communications Commission prohibits cellphone calls during flights. But with the advent of Wi-Fi services such as Skype, the bill would ban any wireless calls, while exempting the flight crew or law enforcement officers", according to USA Today.
