New Plans from Ciminelli for Elmwood Village Project

According to WGRZ now Ciminellii has told the Buffalo Planning Board that they intend to release new revised plans for the village project. The new plans for the project are said to include lowering the buildings height, making smaller retail spaces, new neighborhood friendly construction materials, and a bicycle friendly plan.

There will be more public hearings on the project, and if it gets approved could start construction as early as this summer! What do you think of the project? Comment below.
