Due to conflicting stories as to what happened, and a lack of sufficient video evidence, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy will not be charged for his role in the scuffle with Philadelphia cops in February.

Philadelphia's District Attorney Seth Williams made the announcement at a press conference earlier today.

McCoy's lawyer, Dennis Cogan, told USA Today Sports that he never thought charges would be brought against his client and that he hoped the DA would "not be subject to political pressure" in the matter.

In the early hours of February 8th, McCoy and some friends allegedly got into an argument over a bottle of champagne.  Two off-duty officers were involved, one of which was punched and knocked to the ground and further assaulted.  That officer then drove himself to a hospital with multiple injuries including a broken nose and ribs.  The second officer who tried to break up the fight was then admitted to a hospital with a skull fracture.
