A female teacher at Notre Dame Academy in South Buffalo has been placed on administrative leave following an incident with a former student.

Mary Rose Brady has been indicted on claims of sexual misconduct, and charged with four counts of criminal sexual act in the third degree.

The indictment dates back to 2009 when the accuser, who was 16-year-old at the time, claims that Mary Rose Brady had oral sex with her four times throughout the course of a year in 2009.

Mary Rose Black was arraigned in court on Tuesday, and now free on $5,000 bail. State Supreme Court Justice John Michalski has not yet scheduled pretrial hearing for her.
