I lot of times, you see a recipe floating around Facebook, and you just know it's gonna be one of those Pinterest #NailedIt things.

This one kept popping up in my feed, and I had to know if it was actually viable.

I made it myself last night, and yes, it's worth it.

I tweaked it a little bit, but you pretty much can't screw it up.

I didn't have honey, so I used Agave.  I also lined the bottom of the crock pot with a healthy layer of sauerkraut!  YUM!!!!
