This is one of the coolest optical illusions I've seen!

It TOTALLY worked for me....test it yourself!

It's from a new series by the BBC called "Colour: The Spectrum of Science".

This clip went viral because of how cool it works....it tricks your brain into seeing a black-and-white photo in full color!

First, you stare at the photo with a bunch of bright colors added in for about 30 seconds.  Then it switches to black-and-white....but if you keep staring at the center, it appears in COLOR!

Somehow, staring at the bright colors messes with light receptors in your eyes, and makes one of them stop working temporarily.  It only works because of the specific colors they used!

On a related note, did you see what the Bills v. Jets "Color Rush" game looked like to those who are red/green colorblind?  It's crazy!
