• Son says he has not been giving efficient time.
• Mom and dad seek legal help to get him out.

A guy in Syracuse was told by a judge that he is "ridiculous" for not getting out his parents house, keeping his broken down car in the driveway for months.

He argued that as a family memeber, he is now owed 6 months from the court date. They said no.

I just wanted a reasonable amount of time to vacate, with consideration to the fact that I was not really prepared to support myself at the time of the notices," he told CNN affiliate WSTM.

The judge seemed baffled and ordered the man to leave his parents house. Thank God for good judges.
