Disturbing new details about Paul Walker‘s death in a fiery car crash have come to light in new autopsy reports released today (Jan. 3).

The ‘Fast and the Furious’ star, 40, was burned beyond recognition in the Nov. 30 in Santa Clarita, Calif., accident that also claimed the life of the vehicle’s driver, Roger Rodas. The damage to Walker’s body was so extensive, he could not be a candidate for tissue donation. Rodas suffered devastating head injuries.

As many have speculated, excessive speed was a factor in the crash, with the report stating Rodas and Walker were traveling at more than 100 mph. The vehicle, the notoriously difficult-to-control 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, crashed into a pole and several trees before bursting into flames.

“It appeared that the vehicle was almost split in half,” the report said. Both bodies were found in positions that showed both men braced for the severe impact.

Toxicology tests revealed that no traces of alcohol or drugs were found in either victim.

Walker was laid to rest on Dec. 14 in a private, invitation-only ceremony.
