Peanut Blossoms

1 lb. bag of Hershey Kisses (unwrapped)
3.5 lb. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Butter
2/3 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar

Cream: Butter, Peanut Butter and Sugars.

After above ingredients are blended, add 2 beaten Large Eggs and tsp. of Vanilla.

Blend in remaining dry ingredients.

Use a rounded teaspoon to measure out dough to form 1-inch round balls. Roll dough balls in granulated sugar.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place dough balls on greased baking sheets. Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven, and press one unwrapped Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes.

Remove cookies to cool on racks.
